The Fine Print When you receive your shoulder rest, you have seven days to try it out. If you decide that you need a different size during that time, we are happy to exchange your Acoustifoam for a different size. We are available to consult with you via Skype or over the phone if necessary. You are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. We do not offer refunds. |
